Printed items ship USPS First Class (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days). Upgrade shipping options available at checkout (directly below credit card information.)
Printed items are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday - Saturday) after payment has been processed, unless otherwise indicated.
Custom/Personalized items will be shipped following final approval of proof.
Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
All INSTANT DOWNLOAD orders are nonrefundable due to the nature of the purchase. However I will do everything I can to ensure you are happy with your order.
Custom Printed orders are not refundable once the proofing process has started unless there is an error made in printing that is different than approved proof or damage occurs during transit.
Custom Downloads are not refundable once the proofing process has started.
